Job descriptionVP of Restaurants – Kuwait! This company has a highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan the company is currently looking for a dynamic commercially focused and profit driven Vice President – Restaurants. The selected candidate’s main mandate will be to spearhead the expansion of a large portfolio of successful international brands. The Responsibilities To be fully accountable for the combined profit and loss of a portfolio of several Casual Dining brands To lead a team of several Business Managers each one in charge of a single Casual Dining brand To support the Business Managers in the design and further implementation of their 35 year business plan To lead and manage quarterly and annual strategy performance reviews To ensure consistency of products and service delivery as per brand standards To guarantee that all restaurants staff and processes comply with highend international FB standards To ensure adherence to brand identity and agreements To liaise with key stakeholders acting as head representative on behalf of Alshaya with franchise business partners The Requirements Minimum 20 years experience mainly gained in QSR Casual Dining half of which should have been at a senior leadership level Proven track record of the development of global restaurant chain franchise brands The ability to work across multicountry multisite and multi brand environment Combining “HandsOn” operational experience and strong strategic skills Skills and Experience Solid leadership influencing and communications skills Commercially astute and profit driven Proven track record of delivering success through teamwork Comfortable in more...
