Our client is a major multidisciplinary consultancy which has recently been awarded several new projects and as a result is looking to recruit for a newly created position within its business. The role is for a Corporate Quality Coordinator based in Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining our client’s quality processes and procedures and implementing these across our client’s multiple projects both locally in Kuwait and elsewhere around the Region.

In order to be considered for this role candidates will have a strong background in the construction industry – previous experience working in a corporate based head office based role is not essential.

Ideal traits that our client is looking for includes someone who can work in a facilitation role someone who understands quality processes and procedures and someone who can undertake value added audits.

Current projects include various new build large scale developments – consisting of museums theatres an auditorium a prestigious restoration project Palace a football academy and many more!

In order to be considered for this role the successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes



·

Degree qualified or equivalent due to visa restrictions in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering MEP related discipline or Architecture



·

Have a proven track record working in Quality Management



·

A technical background with significant exposure to working on construction projects



·

Previous international work experience is highly desirable but not mandatory



·

Possess a proven track record working within a Design Build environment ideally with large well reputed multidisciplinary consultancies



·

Have a proven track record working on large scale and complex projects



·

Strong presentation skills



·

Excellent leadership and communication skills are a prerequisite of the role.
