Due to their fantastic reputation for delivering only the highest quality designs they are able to be selective in which projects they undertake and as a result maintain a client base of only the leading hospitality brands

Their success has come from both their design ability and their understanding of these select client with their aim to produce creative concepts that are unique to each project.

As part of a

structured development strategy

our client are looking

for the D esigners

of the highest calibre to join

a number of their head office out of Dubai.



For this role you will be expected to

Finalize the client brief for approval and sign off.

Coordinate with Designers regarding design proposal from the client.

Liaise with the client to develop a detailed project brief.

Revise the design based on input from the client.

Prepare sketch designs including perspectives material selections etc.

Visit the site to collect data relevant to the design process.

Manage a team of Junior Designers throughout the entire design process.

Coordinate with Design Managers and Directors regarding the project and provide detailed progress report.

Coordinate with project management team details of the project including coordination of delivery time completion date of furniture and all fitout works.

Visit site to ensure compliance with the design specifications

The ideal candidate for this position has

Have a number of years experience working with a Interior Design role for a leading hospitality designer 3 years for Intermediate. 6 years for Senior.

Have extensive experience in the hospitality market working on hotel projects for leading i firms.

Have good hands on technical skills with various design programs.

Have a good network of contacts among the local client base.

Have excellent leadership abilities with the ability to lead teams on more than one project simultaneously.

Be able to work within a client facing role with good presentation skills.
