Senior Manager Fleet Engineering
Job Description
Our Client An Airline in the UAE are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager Fleet Management Engineering.
The Manager Aircraft Engineering will be responsible to the Head of Fleet Management to support him in his role to ensure that our Clients' fleet is meeting all CAROPS 1 requirements related to Engineering functions including the Modification Program and Engine Health Program approx. 30 million AED per year. This engineering functions are required in order for our Client to fulfill Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization CAMO requirements Part M Subpart G and ensure safe and cost optimal operation.
Job Accountabilities
Control of all Airworthiness Directives pertaining the Airlnes fleets.
Management of Modification Policy of all Airline fleets with focus on Aircraft SafetyhighTechnicalDispatch
Reliability and Budget Compliance
Management of aircraft systemcomponent suppliers and subcontractedcontracted maintenance
Engineering organizations
Development and management of an effective Engine Health Monitoring EHM program for all the Airlines fleets.
Team Management
Required to travel up to 5days per month in order to meet with manufacturers and sub
contracted organizations.
Qualification and Education
Tertiary qualifications that meet the eligibility requirements for membership as a charted engineer e.g. Bachelor degree in the field of Aeronautical Mechanical or ElectricalElectronics engineering and 10 years jobrelated experience with at least 5 years of experience in continued Airworthiness functions is generally preferred.
Experience in managing and motivating staff is essential.
Formal training in systems engineering project management andor aircraft specific type courses is preferred.
Permanent education to secure uptodate understanding of current and anticipation of future legislation needs as well as modern management methods.
