In this role you will follow an individual work plan and meets daytoday shortterm objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or shortterm planning.Essential Responsibilities
Interface with customers on daily basis for contract ongoing technical commercial and contractual issues.
Able to use Design software like Sub pump and other industrial design software also able to size Generators KVA requirements for ESP.
Electrical Submersible pumps operation and design concepts knowledge.
Provide monthly operational and contractual reports.
Coordinate with inventory team on equipment requirements for contractual execution.
Optimize inventory requirements.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies relevant to the market opportunities.
Communicate individual customer requirements for Manager in regards to design and quotation.
Gather industry intelligence to inform business decisionmaking.
Communicate requirements for order fulfillment to sourcing and operations.
Direct customer management through clear communication internally and externally.
Document competitors' activities and assess potential market moves.
Review and influence customer specifications to assure compliance andor noted exceptions for development of equipmentamp service quotations.
Make technical presentations to all levels of customer organization.
Develop engineering and installation work scopes schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offerings.
Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk within the Inquiry to Order ITO process.
Contribute positively to regional sales orders profitability and ITO quality goals.QualificationsRequirements
Bachelor of Science in Technical field engineering oilfield or electrical experience.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.Additional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
PC proficiency.
Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Past outside sales experience is preferred.
