A Global leader in the field of Leisure and Hotel Development are seeking a Project Manager to be based at their Dubai office and manage prestige high value architecturally cutting edge developments.

The successful Project Manager will be working with a company who provide all the relevant design management contract administration and cost control professional services on projects predominantly within the leisure resort sector.

These projects will be career defining and require somebody with the flair and experience to complete this type of project.

The Role

The successful Project Manager will be involved from inception to completion and will be responsible for delivering Hotel and Leisure complex projects on time and on budget.

You will

• Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary international team


• Liaise with Stakeholders


• Manage the design process


• Run and attend regular site meetings
  
  
  

  Continue liaison with the client and his team as required post completion

  The Person

  
  

  
  

  
  

  The successful Project Manager will have 10 years in Project Manager roles and will have considerable experience delivering Hotel andor Leisure Complex projects.

  
  

  You will have experience of delivering large high value projects ideally in the Middle East but not essential although International experience will be crucial.

  
  

  You will be an excellent communicator and be from a Quantity Surveying or Engineering background.
