MANAGER – ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
. >A middle management role with a bank in the GCC region. Working within the Project management office the role holder will have an oversight of all the projects undertaken by the bank and will be responsible for developing project metrics and establishing systems to track project utilization and benefits for the Bank. Reporting to Head of the unit the role requires the successful candidate to work closely with Project Sponsors the Finance unit Project Managers the Management Executive committee and the Board. The incumbent will be expected to handle the following tasks Develop track and maintain project benefits realization processes project governance and post implementation review processes Monitor and track project progress and report to the Executive Management and Board Analyze project risksopportunities and advise the project team Consolidate all reports and update the Management team Plan and arrange project review meetings with project teams Monitor project benefits realized through its life cycle and report benefits realized quarterly Conduct detailed review of benefits realized on projects and report to project sponsors and the Finance unit. Management professional with Finance specialization and 810 years of overall experience in tracking and reporting project benefits project management project development project appraisal financial analysis investment evaluation is preferred PMP certification is desirable proficiency in portfolio management software and MS Office will be critical.
