As the project HSE Manager you will be responsible for the managerial concerns of HSE policies and practices for the assignment providing resolution to issues. You will monitor integration of health and safety programmes including hazard and risk identification incident reporting and investigation employee health and wellbeing environmental hygiene and organisational transformation. Focusing on the delivery and implementation of HSE policies and practices you will provide timely resolution to team issues and monitor the integration of health and safety programmes including hazard and risk identification incident reporting and investigation employee health and wellbeing and environmental hygiene.



You will have a technical background in health safety and environment activities including hazard identification and risk control together with the ability to influence client and company personnel across a variety of organisational levels.







Job Requirements



To be successful in this role you will need



A degree postgraduate diploma or similar level qualification in health and safety

A demonstrated track record leading and coaching health and safety behaviours in a EPC contracting environment or with an oil and gas operator

A high standard of written and verbal communications skills

Experience in the oil and gas sector ideally including construction operations andor maintenance projects

The ability to confidently liaise with clients
