In this role you will follow an individual work plan meet daytoday shortterm objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or shortterm planning.Essential Responsibilities Provide support for onboarding offboarding employee lifecycle projects and processes in the UAE.

Partner with the HR Operations Specialists and HR Operations leadership team to lead HR processes.

Offer a solutions customer focused and processoriented perspective which supports GE culture and values.

Develop a strong working relationship with the team HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements amp any service issues.

Deliver on commitments manage expectations amp keep clients informed on progress taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the process.

Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements.

Consistently follow defined HR processes challenging steps that may not make sense add value

Develop amp maintain accurate and detailed trackers as needed.

Assigned to projects to facilitate change efforts and implement strategic HR Operations initiatives timely efficiently and excellently.QualificationsRequirements Attending university Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college inview
