Provide advocacy for the planning development and use of information technology in support of the Saudi eHealth program.



Direct responsibility in various Saudi eHealth projects and strategic initiatives. In particular will be responsible in the ehealth

interoperability project Testing and Certification Research and Innovation Image Exchange HIE and education and building

local capabilities to close and fill the gaps in any of these projects or others.



Managing and providing consulting services on eHealth massaging architecture and design of HIE and EHR.



Providing consulting services on different ehealth aspects including the designing of simulation centers testing and certification

labs HIE architecture interoperability standards framework and policies.



Work as a member of the GE leadership team business line staff and with various stakeholders



prepare written and to give oral reports to GE and customer senior leadership



Lead the development and ongoing operation of the Saudi standardsbased interoperability program to achieve and expand

the availability of interoperability among IT systems and devices that conform to national standards



Establish and grow a sustainable Business Line for the eHealth Solutions for interoperability Testing and Certification

Research and Innovation Image Exchange HIE and education and building local capabilities.



Contribute as a member of the Solutions organization Leadership interacting with upper management and peer Business Line

Leads



Define and monitor testing processes and environments



Represent the organization in various eHealth events both within Saudi and internationally



Establish training and other customer support programs



Successfully manage multiple assignments and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication

to colleagues and stakeholders



Manage the production of project deliverables with clear written communication professional documentation careful attention

to detail and high standards of excellence



Establish collaboratively with Center of Excellence Leadership team business line milestones and organizational objectives



Establish to a culture of performance and continuous improvement



Establish the scheme and requirements that define a successful product test and modular conformance options



Establish processes and criteria for product eHealth certification including certification seals product conformance

surveillance requirementsQualificationsRequirements

Knowledge and experience with management centered on results including formulation of performance indicators methods of

collection and quality control of data.



A minimum of Masters education level or equivalent in Healthcare Administration Computer Information Systems Health

Informatics Managerial Science clinical professions IT engineering systems engineering or related field are preferred



Minimum 10 years of professional work experience testing certification program administration Information Technology



To understand the contribution of conformance testing and certification of health systems in improving electronic health

program nationwide



To provide input of decision making on policies and strategies to strengthen electronic health systems



Professional experience with leading HIT systems deployment on big scale including writing and responding to RFPs for

national ehealth projects.



Knowledge in one or more of standards among IHE CDA HL7 Web Services DICOM SNOMED LOINC ICD is desirable



Healthcare Administration Hospital operational or clinical background desired



Must be a able communicate business and strategic advantages to testing and certification to vendor business development

professionals to Saudi eHealth Stakeholders and to COE Leadership



Must be a able to provide testing and conformance requirements to software developers in written form



Experience in pubic presentation of technical material



Ability to be selfguided and organized own priorities and deliverables



Strong interpersonal and communication skills



Fluent in English written verbal



Fluent in Arabic written verbal



Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse local and international teams demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
