We strive to develop each partner to achieve their career goals whether this is to become a district manager Coffee Master or work within one of our Head Office functions.The Role You will be responsible for the marketing strategy across all digital platforms web social and mobile for a defined group of brands supporting the achievement of their business goals. Specific responsibilities include Managing the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution results delivery and reporting. Delivering best in class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment Leveraging strong management skills to regulate content production research analysis as well as delivering an outstanding on line customer experience. Translating marketing plans into online activities and build engagement with consumers both existing and potential. Feeding back campaign effectiveness to the Digital Marketing Director to help build continuous improvement. Responsiblity for delivering the online KPI's for building brand loyalty and awareness as well as delivering commercial sales benefits to the instore tills ecommerce sites.Qualifications Requirements Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilisation with 35 years' industry experience managing digital campaigns across social media channels. Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement. Experience managing international brands with demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple brands and stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships Strong project management budget management and organisational skills. Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary. Good technical understanding an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.M.H.
