Charterhouse is working with a leading Public Works Authority in Qatar who is looking to hire a CRM Lead to join them on a permanent basis.You will be responsible for providing high level direction in the establishment and implementing new and improved CRM procedures and practices for the operations and maintenance functions of roads and drainage functions.In addition you will provide leadership and guidance to enhance CRM capabilities including the establishment and monitoring of KPIs relating to CRM and reporting to the steering committee.
