I am actively inviting interest from experienced Corporate Lawyers looking to make their next move within the Middle East market.

My clients have been based in Qatar for over 15 years and have developed an enviable reputation and client base spanning 4 offices regionally.



They are interested in expanding their current team with the appoint of an experienced Corporate Lawyer as a direct result of their increased client base. In order to be considered for this position you will need an indepth working knowledge of English law and will have ideally spent time working under a UK qualified partner. Those lawyers currently based with an English law firm in the UK will be considered to have a strong advantage due to the nature of the current client base however this is not essential for the role.



Ideally you will have between 3 6 years PQE and have experience in general Corporate law including Mergers amp Acquisitions SPA39s Private Equity Joint Ventures and general contract drafting negotiating.



The successful applicant will achieve a competitive tax free salary and excellent benefits.
