If yes then please forward your CV immediately.Our client is a wellestablished and leading EPC Maintenance Contractor who provides services to clients within Oil Gas Petrochemical and Power Industries across the Middle East. Due to continuous growth and the successful award of new projects our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer to join their busy Commercial department in Doha Qatar.You will be responsible for Preparing potential bidders lists based upon the existing data regarding contracts maintained in a data bank and ensure prequalification status. Prepare and compile Tender Documents for tenders issued directly by the Department. Review and check on Tender Documents prepared by consultants. Draft contract documents interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts. Review and report on contractual deviations in bids. Participate in commercial bid evaluations. Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies. Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures. Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments. Prepare Management Contracts Status Reports.You will need to be degree qualified in Engineering or obtain a professional qualification e.g. RICS Chartered Surveyors full membership. You will have a minimum of 6 years experience in the preparation of high volume contracts for projects with 4 years experience within the oil gas industry. Fluency in English is more...
