The Contract Performance Manager CPM will be required to work independently to manage a longterm service agreement. The CPM is colocated onsite with the customer and is responsible for delivering high quality customer solutions including new products outage planning parts amp repair delivery via project management tools.Essential Responsibilities The role includes ownership of the customer relationship amp ability to meet internal GE objectives. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following



Interface with Sales Commercial and Risk teams for new customer opportunities



Execute contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan



Order track validate Billing for majorminor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer



Cost or financial data collection and reconciliation



Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion modification amp upgrade opportunities to owner amp as well as other up selling opportunities



Maintain unit operating history amp parts life history on commercially available software



Maintain record of parts by model amp serial number currently installed in each unit



Develop sales plan for each Customer



Support customer in forced unplanned and planned unit outages



Build strong partnerships within the value chain organization which will be extremely important to deliver high quality services



Develop and maintain an understanding of power plant or machine driven industriesQualificationsRequirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited universitycollege or a high school diploma GED with at least 5 years power generation experience andor industry related experience



Turbine technology experience minimum of 5 years



Demonstrated management experience minimum of 5 yearsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics

Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt GE employees only

FTechnology Gas Turbine GE Generators Steam Turbine and BOP knowledge

Familiarity with longterm parts and services contracts

Sales experience with direct customer interface

GT Field Engineering Program FEP or other GT Technical experience

Successful PampL experience

Demonstrated communication amp organizational skills

Fluency in Arabic language

Proficiency with computer tools

Strong business financial skills

Strong interpersonal skills.

Technically savvy while having strong business acumen and ability to drive overall solutionsrigor to meet customer needs
