The Business Unit Director will take responsibility for new business development within the OM Oil and Gas market the roles includes developing implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals along with actual project implementation and management through his team.To be of the correct calibre for our client candidates should be able to demonstrate the following criteria An aptitude for managing a complex consultative sales process including lead generation proposal development oral presentations and contract negotiation for rapidly evolving services offerings Track record of successfully establishing and managing client relationships including leading presentations to senior leaders Solid experience in business development and sales in an influencer role attention to detail and rigorous documentation discipline are required Bilingual Arabic English Sound experience in or knowledge of Operations Maintenance particularly within Oil GasPower sectors PowerPoint Excel and MS Word BABS degree or equivalent experience required Strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally outgoing highly professional and mature demeanourOur client is able to offer a permanent position with long term stable career o more...
