Area Manager Gulf Area Commercial Marketing experience

Job Description Hello



I'm looking for my client specialized in petrochemical industry an Area Manager skilled in Sales and Marketing and that knows the Gulf area.



Tasks



1 Marketing and commercial management







Responsible to achieve annual budget sales margin



Proposes implements and controls sales plans budget and 5 year sales plans for the area



Entertains relationship with distributorsagents and monitors performances











2 Operations Management in the Area.







Management of the area team including direct management of 2 district managers



Review validate and consolidate sales forecast



Implements HSEQ policy with support of central functions



Responsible to achieve KPI targets payments claims costs



Proposes and coordinates HR policy in cooperation with HR department



Proposes training requirements to achieve BU targets.



Apply and control the strict respect of internal procedures and internal policies within the team



Coordinates with Marketing and Innovation Manager to select key development projects.







3 Key Account Management







Proposes key account strategy for the area



Supervises key account action plans and insures implementation by the team



Profile



Confirmed International commercial and marketing experience with exposure to Arabian environment



Knowledge of Oilfield Chemicals Industry preferred
