1 Shall be qualified with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University plus ISO 9001 Quality Management System Lead Auditor.

2 Minimum fifteen 15 years post graduate experience in quality management of major highway projects including minimum five 5 years in a similar role and capacity.
