Shall be qualified with a Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline from internationally recognized accredited University or a related technical institution accepted by the Engineer. A formal training in planning software including Primavera version 6.

Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in the planning and scheduling of major highway projects of complex nature including minimum 5 years in a similar role and capacity.
