Job Description

ABOUT CLIENT

An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East based National Oil Company that functions throughout offshore development sites as well as in the shallow coastal waters with a number of productive oil fields.

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Monitors organization change and growth to identify opportunities suitable for internal candidates both in the short and longer term.

Reviews and analyzes all operational employeesrsquo performance records education and work experience profiles HRMS records and prepares a short list of the eligible candidates for each category of position i.e. maintains a lsquoTalent Poolrsquo.

Regularly updates the Talent Pool database to ensure that it is relevant current and aligned with latest organization and business plans manpower plans.

Utilizes Talent Management Initiatives such as UAE Nationals Career Development Succession Planning and Competency Based Movements of Personnel in coordination with line management and MDHR Teams.

Interfaces with BPOD and provides constructive feedbackinput to proposed organization changes.

Ensures that the organization structure within HRMS reflects management approved organization changes.

Evaluates and endorses the personnel movement requests in HRMS to ensure compliance with the Capability Assurance Procedures set by Team

REMUNERATION

An attractive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be in line with a competitive industry standard.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

University Degree preferably in Business Engineering or Technical discipline

Minimum 12 years of experience in oil amp gas industry ideally in a Talent Management role
