Showroom Sales Consultant
Establish amp maintain good customer relationship through high level of customer service.
Carry out sales activities to meet the sales target.
Ensure customer’s experience in showroom stays positive through to end.
Obtain prospective customer’s contact details for future follow ups sales opportunity.
Build rapport identify needs offer amp convince customers for additional items to original sale.
Possess complete product information amp be knowledgeable about competitor product lines to better sell own products.
Resolve customer inquiries amp complaintsin a professional manner.
Monitor conduct stock inventory amp make request for timely replenishment.
Arrange stocks products including packing displaying amp price tagging.
Work as Cashier when required while opening amp closing the registeras scheduled.
Accurately handle cash credit card transactions as per established procedures.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year work experience in retail sales preferably furniture household accessories.
Good communication skills in English amp Arabic.
Have an approachable disposition with ability to handle different cultures amp backgrounds.
Computer literate.
Presentable professional committed team player amp good customer service skills.
