Revenue Assurance Analyst I

• Produce regular monthly quarterly and annual financial results and ensure that they are analyzed commented and reported according to the instructions received from financial management and external authorities.

• Interacts with IT and works on system development to automation of various Billing reports.

• DownloadingUploading Daily Reports fromto Revenue Assurance System.

• Monitoring of systems rejections duplications null files gap analysis.

• Daily traffic trends revenue and reconciliation analysis.

• Primarily responsible for providing management with relevant Business Segment reports on monthly billing and adjustments performance.

• Handle the daily Business collection issues and preparation of management information and analyse the collection trend and support in minimizing Bad debts.

• Advise the Business collections team of their performance and facilitate their decision making by providing reports.

• Support Finance Complaint Team for all Business issues.

• Analysis of Business and Special deals issues and Identification of Allocation of Payments.

• Perform the daytoday RA operational activities.

• Resolution of issuesproblems associated with daily activities.

• Enhance processes related to Business Segment Products.

Skills

Must possess a Bachelors Degree in any Business Course Computer ScienceInformation Technology or similar fields or having more than 4 years in the same field.

With 3 years of progressive work experience in CreditRA operations in telecommunication environment

Possess good business and systems knowledge

Well versed MS office Applications
