Our client is a world class medical and research facility based in Qatar in the Middle East.

The Opportunity

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RecruitmentHR Systems Manager to join their team. This person will work with Recruitment Managers and the Talent Acquisition Team in order to design and implement recruitment systems applicant tracking systems and staffing plans ensuring workflows are intelligent and efficient.

This position plays a key role in process management using analytics to ensure efficiency cost effectiveness and process improvements.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of staffing management systems and experience with ATS and HRIS.

You must have the ability to work on multiple projects driving key deliverables alongside experience in the implementation of recruiting tools within large organisations. You must also exhibit project management and process improvement skills.

In addition you will have direct experience in producing and publishing content on relevant social media platforms in an effort to enhance brand awareness and to complement attraction strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have extensive recruitment experienced gained within a variety of disciplines which should include Finance IT and HR. In addition you will have both internal and consultancy recruitment experience.
