Our client is a world class medical and research facility based in Qatar in the Middle East.

The Opportunity

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This person will report into the Recruitment Manager and will assist with workforce planning and be responsible for advertising sourcing interviews assessments and all preemployment checks.

This position plays a key role to ensure a high level of service is provided and the best talent acquired.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the knowledge and understanding in order to create and evaluate a recruitment strategy along with the ability to redesign processes and systems if required.

You must have the capability to work on multiple key deliverables to meet the needs of the business. This will include sourcing candidates via direct methods networking and attending conferences to maximise opportunities.

Direct experience in conducting interviews obtaining references and running assessment days will help complement recruitment strategies. You must also have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications amp Experience

Candidates must have extensive recruitment experienced gained within a variety of disciplines which should include Finance IT and HR. In addition you will have both internal and consultancy recruitment experience.
