Contracts ManagerProject Manager
Role Purpose
·Direct and coordinate the Company Contract Administration Consultancy Cntract resources provide expert input and advice to high profile complex contracts where required.
·Contract Administration across a broad range of project types and directcoordinate the activities of Quantity SurveyorsContract Administrators across a number of projects andor an Area from the tendering stage onwards.
Accountabilities
· Manage tender document review
. Consultancy Contracts
. Construction LS Design Build EPCetc
. FIDIC NEC.........etc
· Manage preparation of bid package for supplier quotation.
·Assist in preparation of bid package for supplier quotation.
·Review procedures for claims.
·Identify advise client of variations.
·Monitor variation implementation.
·Provide guidance on contract documentation.
·Provide guidance on contract.
·Coordinate contractor remeasurements.
·Dispute resolution.
·Contract Specific Advice.
. Ability to prepare review and issue RFP's request for proposals for different disciplines
. Tender Evaluation negotiations and award
. Ability to prepare submit negotiate claims and disputes
Skills
.Have experience in Master Planning and Fesibility studies.
·Sound knowledge of contractual issues and project administrative procedures.
·Detailed legal and contractual knowledge working with a Project Management Company and experience of arbitration procedures.
·Excellent command of English.
·Resources for suppliers worldwide.
·Ability to assist the Project Manager and advise on all contractual disputes.
.The candidate must not be working in the UAE.
Education
Degree in engineering
