For all properties ensure that guest bills are promptly and correctly delivered

Requirements

Experience in hotel operation. Knowledge in Opera and understand basic business processes Bachelor degree od education is required

Responsibilities

Timely follow up of all customer queries with regards to the billed invoices. End of the day verify the actual city ledger deposit total to the payments posting in PMS. Strictly adhere to the company credit policy
