Senior Petroleum Engineer STAFF Qatar

Perform reservoir and well simulation studies with the aim of supporting further technology development aspects of completion stimulation and operation of long and ultralong horizontal wells.

Investigate nearwellbore phenomena and hydraulics of long horizontal wells in relation to well design and reservoir management.

Participate in ongoing optimization and implementation of advanced well completion technologies including novel well conformance control concepts

Apply petroleum engineering methods to identify propose and pursue scope for implementation of IOR methods.

Initiate execute and manage research programs at universities other research institutions andor operating companies.

Produce abstracts conference papers and reports documenting the study work and promoting the MORTC profile.

Contribute to inventions and patent writings initiate laboratory pilot scale and field trial for testing of technology concepts

Engage with the localglobal petroleum engineering community to promote and attract new talent

minimum of 68 years of oil industry experience.

Programming capabilities in Matlab and Visual Basic is preferred

Black oil compositional reservoir simulation skills preferably Eclipse

Nodal analysis preferably PETEX software

Pressure transient analysis preferably Kappa software
