Our client is a leading consulting firm with an excellent global reputation. They are currently expanding with new senior positions.



We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Strategy to be based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia



JOB OVERVIEW



Leading the delivery of strategy and business plan projects in a variety of sectors including Public Sector Healthcare Education amp Services Sector ensuring the quality of the engagements is of the highest possible standard. Managing the resources effectively whilst at the same time developing client relationships to develop business for the function.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Strategy development

•Using the results of research to formulate strong and meaningful business strategies.

•Lead business strategy studies and workshops for clients.

•Production of articulate and commercially sound feasibility studies and business plans.

•Articulating the arguments supporting the results of the feasibility studies and business plans.

•Producing business performance improvement strategies that aid the client in achieving their goals.

•Providing a solid quality assurance approach for all projects designated.

Financial Analysis

•Ability to review financial models statements in depth and provide analytical insight with regard to investment appraisal and financial forecasts

•Guiding Research

•Ensuring the research is of the highest possible quality value and relevance.

•Leading the provision of insightful amp commercial analytical inputs for the project.

•Ensuring the projects are executed in line with the company engagement practices.

Report Preparation

•Reviewing and assessing all reports ensuring the outcomes stand up to the tight scrutiny and that the results are presented in the best possible way.

•Taking full responsibility for the final report and presentation.

•Owning and leading client meetings and presentations ensuring the clients requirements are fulfilled and their expectations are managed well.

Business Development

•Lead Business Development activities with designated clients.

•Build relationship with clients to expose sales opportunities

Other

•Leading multiple projects.

•Managing engagement teams setting deliverables and evaluating performance.

•Developing and running strategy workshops.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS



•Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance

•As a guideline between 3238k SAR per month 100 120k USD per annum total package

•High level of business acumen and commerciality.

Financial Modeling and Analysis

•High degree of competency in preparing and reviewing financial model

•Detail orientation

•High level of competency with financial modeling tools including MS excel.

Communication

•Fluent in English amp Arabic written and verbal.

•Excellent ability to write reports.

•Proficient in making proposals for clients

•Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations internally and client facing



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



•At least 10 years relevant work experience

•At least 5 years management level experience

•Degree qualified ideally with Business related focus

•Arabic nationals based in GCC now only
