Senior Contracts Manager OampG EPC.

Location Saudi Arabia

Salary 180000 to 240000 USD flexible upon experience Expatriate Package.

A leading EPC firm specialising in onshore projects is currently looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to operate out of their AlKhobar office. This position has become necessary as a result of the award of a major EPC contract worth in excess of 500 Million.

Ideal candidates will have extensive EPC industry experience working within the Middle East Region with infrequent changes in roles. The candidate must have 15 years experience working within Oil and Gas contracts administration and management with a very thorough understanding of contract law. Any successful candidate must have a high level of oral and written English. The incumbent must have experience working on multiple projects with global subcontract values in excess of 250 Million. Strong experience of negotiating with key operators within the region would be of benefit.

The role holder will look to provide contractual advice leadership and guidance in support to corporate goals strategy and objectives for the project awarded. As part of this the role holder will actively participate in bid negotiations with clients. They will have full responsibility for reviewing the bid documents and pre contract tender terms and conditions to identify commercial and contractual risk of the contract. This position will have the overall responsibility for subcontracts to the value in excess of US300 Million. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of over 10 contract personnel and receive direct reports from the project contract managers. The role holder will be based out of Saudi Arabia but be expected to travel as necessary.
