This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Online Marketing Executive to join a rapidly expanding unique business. Westmorland Limited owns and operates Tebay Motorway Services the Westmorland Hotel the Rheged Centre and is currently building a brand new motorway services area in Gloucestershire on the M5 based very much on the award winning Tebay Services model.

Working closely with the wider marketing team you will create implement and coordinate our digital marketing strategy to build and support our brand identity maximise sales and generate new customers.

The role

• Develop the Rheged and MSA websites ensure they are kept fresh and up to date and reflect the direction of the business.


• Maintain and implement online marketing strategies for each business


• Responsible for all the groups social media activity including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and Google


• In conjunction with the HR department utilise social media as an effective recruitment and communication tool


• Send out regular enewsletters and build the edatabases for each business


• Monitor the effectiveness of all online marketing strategies including the use of external agencies and ensure good ROI

  • Demonstrates a passion for social media with experience of relevant social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.
  
  
  • Experience in a digital marketing role
  
  
  • SEO
  
  
  • Excellent levels of written English and attention to detail
  
  
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  
  
  • Experience of marketing within a hospitality retail or tourism environment is desirable
