Overview International Facilities Management Company is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Contracts Manager to work within a multidisciplined Maintenance Services Team operating in the facilities services industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role has multiple responsibilities and requires an individual with a proactive approach to scheduling and pricing contracts and works skilled in managing large budgets and with a proven track record in providing the highest standards in modern building service maintenance.

We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who have prior experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Management and coordination of our incountry maintenance services teams including the timely execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive maintenance duties for the teams

Ensuring that works are delivered on time meeting client and contractual and budgetary expectations and commitments and to an acceptable quality standard.

Issue work orders and monitor completions of all tasks across our client base Manage subsequent reactive self perform maintenance services

Management of all Mechanical amp Electrical service contracts to ensure all related plant equipment operates to its optimum levels

Preparation of job risk assessments method statements and HampS plans

Generate and coordinate self perform Service Reports Condition Surveys etc

Ability to assess potential maintenance works Building MampE and issue quotations and estimates accordingly

Ensuring that the Company Management Information Systems are maintained and current for all maintenance services works

Ensuring that weeklymonthly KPI reports on team performance are prepared and issued Management of communications between the inhouse Teams and Clients

Ability to provide sound advice and guidance to clients on any operation maintenance related issues with plant and equipment in a simple straightforward manner

Dealing with Clients and Vendors in an extremely professional efficient and timely manner Conducting audits and inspections and relevant sign offs of the selfperform works undertaken

Responsible for implementation of relevant company QA and QEHampS Procedures Assist General Manager in developing new business opportunities

Management of Helpdesk Team Flexibility to meet deadlines and client requirements while maintaining quality of work to the highest standards

Qualifications amp Key Competencies Required

Degree in Electrical Mechanical or Building Services Engineering essential Minimum 5years.

Experience in a MampE Building Services Engineering.

Fluency in English written and oral is essential

Spokenwritten knowledge of Arabic an advantage but not essential

Excellent knowledge in the design and operation of HVAC systems and Ventilation systems Strong knowledge of building power systems switch gear generator and UPS systems

Proven knowledge of Building Service maintenance engineering management amp regulatory documentation specifications relevant to Building Services

BMS ability to understand BMS controls strategies and operation for commercial premises
