• Work in a collaborative team performing research and analysis


• Contribute to presentation materials for client engagements


• Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting


• Leverage your education and experience to develop your understanding of our clients' business


• Assist in the review and analysis of various client issues


• Assist in the preparation of client ready final deliverables


• Assist partners and managers in client pursuits and eminence building activities
  
  Qualifications
  

  
  
  • 12 years experience in financial consulting Financial AdvisoryCorporate Finance or Investment Banking Private Equity preferably in Corporate Finance Department with experience in areas such as business valuations mergers amp acquisitions due diligence financial modeling and restructuring raising debt or equity.
  
  
  • If you do not have the above then you will have completed an internship with a similar company to ours thus relevant industry experience.
  
  
  • MBA or equivalent with emphasis on financefinancial planning or investment analysis.
  
  
  • Willingness to pursue a financial designation CFACBVCFACCACPA.
  
  
  • Strong Interpersonal amp Communication skills.
  
  
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets Word Excel PowerPoint.
  
  
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  
  
  • Motivated dedicated dynamic amp hard worker.
