Academic Anatomic Pathologist
The University Health Network and Lakeridge Health are seeking a faculty member at the AssistantAssociate ProfessorFull Professor level with diagnostic and academic interests in Skin Pathology. The successful candidate will join a large faculty with diverse diagnostic expertise teaching responsibilities basic and clinical research activities. The departments at both centres have a high volume of interesting cases and utilize leading edge technologies including molecular diagnostics and cancer cytogenetics. Minimum requirements include MD degree certification in Anatomical Pathology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or its equivalent and eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. The successful candidate will have a joint academic appointment in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology University of Toronto. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong track record in diagnostic expertise and academic endeavors.
