Vice President Human Resources

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading multinational organisation who are looking to hire a Vice President of Human Resources for their GCC operations. The incumbent will provide leadership processes and tools to support the implementation of high value initiatives and further develop a sophisticated strategic HR function. The role will ensure alignment between the overall business strategy and human capital management and report directly to the CEO. It will involve directing the companies human resources and organizational HR strategy culture development workforce planning and engagement by partnering with the global board of management. The focus will be on providing strategic direction executing critical global projects and supporting aggressive and dynamic growth plans within the region.
