Job Description · Monitor bank account reconciliations investigate any discrepancies therein and liaise with the cost controllers to resolve the same · Monitor intercompany balances investigate any discrepancies therein and liaise with the cost controllers and counterparties to resolve the same · Provide financial input for tender submissions and participate in related tendercontract meetings · Provide assistance to Compliance for implementation of corrective actions for identified deficiencies in controls processes procedures and liaise with the relevant departments for the same · Provide assistance to the finance team for resolution of deviations in the Balance Sheet accounts · Liaise with supply chain for timely resolution of inconsistencies in PO account coding and other cost aspects as identified by cost controllers from review of commitment reports and related accrual reports · Manage rig intake rig transfer procedures relevant to the finance department · Assist with other ad hoc activities · Demonstrated experience from similar commercial environment preferably combination of big four accounting companies andor international companies in the oil service industry. Qualifications · Master or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent · CPA CMA or equivalent is an advantage Personal skills · Professional and confident communicator · General business and commercial understanding including process understanding and tax structure understanding · Strong analytical skills · Excellent planning and organizational skills with high attention to details · Good IS skills to enable to work on software applications like MS Office Oracle and other Windows applications. · Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within the team and with other employeesline manager · Skill in managing multiple priorities to meet deadl more...
