KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

Under limited supervision calculates earnings from time and productionrecords determines withholding and deductions and prepares payrollchecks and general accounting reports. Reviews changes to the basicpayroll file and processes corrections. Responsible for processimprovement. Works with division HR to troubleshoot payroll NA the team activities within the payroll area. Providesdirection to payroll specialists. Handles special projects as assigned.





ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent. Entry level.





OTHER DETAILS

Knowledge of financial processes involving payroll legal regulationstax reporting regulations interactions with general ledger andreconciliation processes. Knowledge of various BHI pay policies ampprocedures payroll accounting principles and company accountingpractices. Experience with automated and integrated payroll and benefitsprocessing systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll systemapplications. Good customer service skills.
