Job Description Due to increasing market confidence in the UAE our client requires an MRICS Valuations Manager Surveyor typically recently Qualified upto 5 yrs PQE to oversee a new portfolio of commercial instructions they have recently secured. Working with a highly experienced Western expatriate senior management team and reporting into the Director of Valuations suitable candidates will be MRICS qualified and have a minimum 5 years post graduate experience specialising within commercial valuations.nbsp

Preference will be shown for candidates with valuations experience in the GCC however suitable candidates from the UK and Australia with the relevant professional qualifications and proven experience of development appraisals will also be considered. Candidates must also be comfortable using the Argus software package.



This is an opportunity to work for a leading property company in the region with a highly respected working culture and reputation in the market. This position will also be based in Abu Dhabi and is an urgent requirement so candidates would be expected to be on no more than 6 weeks notice should they be successful.
