Mergers amp Acquisitions Executive

Our Company a third party administrator for automotive products and services and insurance is seeking to hire a candidate with strong transaction advisory experience for our corporate office in Dubai.



Reporting to the MampA Director this newly created role will be responsible for corporate finance activities MampA strategy and execution business investment decision making and ensuring the alignment of MampA strategy with ongoing commercial business plans. The ideal candidate will work closely on buyside transactions provide due diligence research support and post deal assistance to the team. Besides this the candidate will contribute in identifying potential deal opportunities and provide recommendations at the planning stage. The candidate is also expected to prepare presentations and drafting of memoranda. Participating in analysing financial performance of companies operating in various industries will also be a key function.

Your experience with big 4 in MampA transaction advisory role or with a renowned consultancy firms or Investment banking MampA role is highly preferred for this opportunity.

Skills and experience required for the job



•24 years’ experience in MampA transaction advisory in big four or a consulting firm or Investment Bank.

•CACFACPA preferred along with university degree.

•Strong financial evaluation and excel abilities.

•Excellent communication writing and presentation skills.

•Possess a strong drive to succeed a “can do” attitude and an ability to overcome adversity and deal with ambiguity.

•Product exposure in Capital Market Leveraged Finance Loans Lease and other Banking facilities is advantageous but not compulsory.

•Exposure to Insurance andor Automotive industries will be a plus.

•MampA advisory experience in Middle East andor US.
