We are currently seeking an experienced Joint Venture Marketing Manager to join the Domestic Joint Ventures JV Department Dhahran Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join the Investment Analysis Marketing Petrochemical and Technical Support Division and be responsible for providing advice analysis and guidance of the company's JV investments to the company's elected board members shareholder representative and senior management.
The selected candidate will develop prepare and conduct with minimum supervision complex analysis about the JV performance and direct coordinate andor lead task forces on special tasks related to the assigned JV and brief management on the progress and provide regular status updates. The incumbent shall be fully capable of performing JV coordination work and capable of mentoring new coordinators.
The incumbent will have frequent contact with internal organizations and the company's management. In addition the incumbent will represent the company in dealing with financial and technical consultants as well as represent Saudi Aramco during discussions with the assigned JV partner.
Responsibilities Include
The incumbent shall be in the primary role of being the subject matter expert on Saudi Aramco and JVs refinedpetrochemical products marketing matters. The JV marketing work includes the following
NA andor negotiate the terms of sale of Saudi refined products LPG condensate sulfur AVGAS petrochemicals and lube oils.
NA refinedpetrochemical products pricingtrading relative to crude values and other market trends. Study analyze and report on local economic and business environment energy supplydemand outlook and advise on strategic crude gas petrochemical and refined products pricing and economics.
NA in conjunction with team members or other organizations' contributions long range financing marketing political business environment and technical trends and advise management on positions the company should take concerning its investment in the JV.
NA and conduct exceptional presentations and high impact written reports on studies or projects to the company's board members shareholder representative and management.
NA and develop young graduates including mentoring developing individual development plans and improving their work quality.
NA and conduct reviews of shareholder agreements sales agreements and business growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
A. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or Engineering. An MBA may also be an advantage.
B. 1520 years progressive relevant experience in the oil marketing sales trading or oil supply fields. Supervisory or managerial exposure may also be an advantage.
Duties amp Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the work of lower classified employees.
B. Identify crude sales opportunities and develop markets for Saudi crude oil.
C. Make contacts with potential buyers and develop and negotiate price delivery quality and quantity terms for crude term spot or
incremental sales for Saudi crude oil.
D. Maintain relationships with existing clients. Handle contract negotiations discuss necessary cutbacks in contracted deliveries to
meet quota requirements or discuss possible client increases in nominations at times when the quota is not in effect.
E. Monitor crude pricing relative crude values and other market trends in the area of assignment.
F. Coordinate with the SPI N.Y SPOL London amp Tokyo Operations organization to ensure that customers' crude delivery requirements are met.
About Us
Saudi Aramco's Refining Marketing amp International RMampI business line is responsible for the Company's downstream operations refining distribution and marketing. RMampI oversees the operations of the Company's wholly owned refineries and NGL natural gas liquids fractionation plants. The business line is also responsible for the Company's large integrated distribution system that encompasses pipelines bulk plants and marine terminals. Saudi Aramco's whollyowned shipping subsidiary Vela International Marine Limited operates one of the world's largest fleets of supertankers.
