IT Business Analyst

Plan manage and support business requirements by effectively leveraging information systems and solutions. Plan and manage all IT projects and act as a liaison between the business users and IT with end users to formulate and document business and evaluating inefficiencies in existing systems and processes and recommending solutions for improvementBe involved in the design phase of new project management methodologies principles and techniques to develop project plans and manage projectsTake responsibility for deploying functional solutions such as creating adopting and implementing system test plans which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the systemAct as a central reference and information source provide guidance and training on all systemsParticipate on IT project steering committees Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations and support to all systems Supervise application Help Desk to ensure timely resolution of support requestsWork closely with management to prioritize business requirements and information needs. Examining existing business systems and flows of data discussing findings with department heads evaluating system specifics to meet business requirements. Assisting in the development of and migration to new platforms. Providing training to end user teams. Maintaining complete project documents.
