. Exciting opportunity to join an international contractor on a Metro project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal

candidate will have



A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Extensive documented experience in a variety of major Bridges Viaduct andor Metro Railway projects involving indepth knowledge of a multidiscipline environment.

A track record of working for international contractors on bridge metro projects

Good understanding of Management Structure and mode of operations.

High level of analytical and communication skills.

Excellent organization administration skills.







The successful candidate will

Plan prepare organize all Construction Method Statements and supervise the major functions of the construction associated in those statements.

Assist in the planning and coordination of all manpower and equipment materials supplies and subcontracted services towards the proper completion of the work related to these methods with approved drawings specifications cost and quality limitations.

Reviews all existing and incoming Method Statements dealing with his area of responsibility prior to issue to the Client.

Monitors Subcontractors at each stage of the work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects of the contract through both individual contacts and coordination meetings.

Check claims for payment from all Subcontractors involved in his section of the project to ensure technical accuracy and that proper contractual adherence to the specifications are met.

Assist in the procurement of permanent and non permanent materials required for the proper completion of the work on schedule.

Review all engineering design drawings of his section of the project before passing them for use to his group.

Exercise strict control over costs of construction particularly the use of labor materials and equipment.

Discuss and resolve daily site problems with site supervisors.

Monitor construction progress on a daily weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports to the Project Manager.
