Business Manager


Our client a top player in the oil and gas industry is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team in their behalf we are looking for a Business Manager Commercial Vehicle CV and Heavy Duty HD space . Your core focus is to retain and attract quotqualityquot business which delivers required profitability along with desired market reach. This is a key position within the MENA Automotive Business responsible for the CV and HD Sales both non OEM amp OEM segments performance within the MENA Region.

The Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Duty Market Space caters to the products and services requirement of



a. OnRoad and OffRoad industry comprising Road Freight Road Transport Building and Construction Quarry Off Highway workshops to name a few.

b. On Road and off Highway OEMs



Responsibilities include but not limited to

•To map the CV amp HD business in MENA and develop a framework to win.

•To build customer relationships at strategic levels with both existing and potential new key customers in the region including regional counterparts of OEMs.

•To develop compelling offers based on gainful “customer insights” which results in a WinWin deal in line with the set strategic direction and guidelines for the CV amp HD channel.

•To support the Sales Team for the CV and HD business for decisionmaking regarding customer management its operations and business results for the key accounts handled.

•To evaluate and develop alternate route to markets for the CV and HD business.

•To support the Sales Team to meet and exceed sales goals and gross margin objectives through Direct and Channel partners.

•To provide continuous inputs to the Sales Team and develop their skills in CV amp HD related Technical and commercial areas.

•To ensure that customer executive team operates in a manner which meets with the HSSE requirements of the organization. To also act as a champion of HSSE when dealing with customers.

•To support the marketing strategies through implementation of various initiatives which are centrally planned.

•To monitor and manage the business in a proactive manner and ensure that team delivers performance within the framework of laid down financial policies.

•To drive the beyond lubes agenda for “Heavy Duty” for the region.

• To execute world class customer management processes and drive the “ways of working agenda”.


المهارات


To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes

•810 years of experience in B2BOEM salesIndustrial sales.

•Strong Experience of customer and key account management in the CV HD Space

•Sound business acumen for competition knowledge

•Strong verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language skills are preferred.

•Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

•Sound experience of development of effective business frameworks and marketing offers.
