. The Role The Investor Relations Specialist position shares overall responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s Investor Relations program. The Investor Relations Specialist will participate in the development and implementation of policies and programs to enhance relations and communications between the company and its shareholders as well as analysts and the broader financial community with the goal of increasing the visibility and marketability of the company's stock. The Responsibilities

• Ensure to fulfill requests for publicly revealed information associated with operating results business developments and strategies


• Creating metrics and analytics related to investment opportunities in their organization


• Writing and verbally communicating relevant investment facts about the companies' stocks and bonds.


• Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan


• Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis including financial metrics and differentiation


• Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy


• Coordinate with corporate communications to creates presentations press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases industry events and presentations to analysts brokers and investors


• Organizes conferences road shows earnings conference calls and investor meetings


• Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site


• Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives


• Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company


• Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management


• Provides Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons


• Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management and develops investor relations messages based on these changes


• Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function


• Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community


• Monitors current earnings per share estimates price targets analyst ratings and other metrics for the company and peers


• Build relationships with internal clients i.e. management peers and colleagues and external clients through networking to achieve goals and to identify unstated agendas of others and determine ways to work through them


• Participates in the planning and execution of the annual shareholders' meeting including the development of related materials in collaboration with the Corporate Communications Legal and Shareholder Services departments


• Provides feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes on the investment community The Requirements
  
  
  
  • BS or BA in Business Accounting Finance Economics
  
  
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in Financial Services with exposure to accounting and performance reporting The Person
    
    
    
    • Excellent communication interaction and analytical skills to facilitate in communication and presentation roles required of this position
    
    
    • Must have a complete and thorough understanding of legal considerations for material presented and communicated in an IR capacity.
    
    
    • Excellent writing skills required
    
    
    • Excellent MS Office suite skills including MS Outlook
