PROJECT DIRECTOR ELV Projects Experience

THE ROLE

Is responsible for delivery of multiple projects to contract requirements.





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

bull Management of all aspects of delivering multiple projects covering ELV

bull Manage the construction supervisor to facilitate delivery of installation coordinating logistics permitting commissioning and handover activities to contractual technical budget schedule and quality requirements.

bull Interface with Clients amp PMC Construction Supervisor and other contractors amp Commercial Teams to ensure coordination and reporting is of a level that assists in the timely delivery of contract deliverables.

bull Monitor works to confirm they are being carried out in accordance the Operations strategy standards policies procedures and best practices

bull Liaise with the Engineering Team to assist in the execution of design solutions that promote constructibility and value engineering

bull Monitor and report on the performance of the installation supervisors and the contractors

bull Ensure best safety practices employed during construction

bull Obtain the required support to assist in the timely payment of invoices and resolution of variations and claims.





EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

bull Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Director during execution of ELVMAP projects including BMS IT AVPA infa amp HIS systems

bull Experience and skills of managing multiple projects with values of up to USD80million

bull 15 years post graduate experience

bull BSc in related subject from a recognised WESTERN university

bull Chartered or Professional Engineer desirable

bull Fluency in English language both written and spoken

bull Experience use of MS Office.
