MEP Manager Coordinator

Mechanical or Electrical Senior Engineer well versed in local Dubai regulations and MEP systems.

Heshe is to coordinate and manage all MEP activities.

Capable of managing and leading inhouse teams and subcons.

Capable of suggesting alternative systems or methods for cost savings.

Reviewing of specs and regualtive info

Reviewing of design and systems

Reviewing of shop drawings and material submittals

Quality control of electromechnical works

Reviewing quantity takeoffs purchase orders

Following up material deliveries

Managing tender folders for specific subsystems

Reviewing and approving IPCs

Solid main contractor background experience will be required.

Commercial building experience will be required.

Well versed in Autocad

Well versed iin MS office applications

Fluent in oral and written english

Precise and practical

Organizational skills developed

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of site process

Experience of managing and developing teams for effective deliverable
