HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner required for an Oil and Gas company in Qatar. Must have previous related industry experience.



Job details

bull Provide HR Business Partner support to the client positioning the role as an integral part of the client areas advising on HR strategic matters

bull Work in partnership with the business providing specialist coaching support and influence that enable the business to effectively deliver their people plans and meet their Qatarization commitments.

bull Advise and support the business in Employee Engagement initiatives

bull Advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change structures people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management.

bull Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with HR processes and polices.
