To ensure that

q Personnel meets the requirement of international network GFSN in Quality und Quantity toward internal and external customers.

q Optimized Service can be offered through sales of Projects and New plants.

q Optimized Processes Tools and infrastructure are implemented with continuous improvement

q Technical Feedback is submitted to responsible engineering.



TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES



q Member of ALSTOM Middle East FZE Management Team

q Member of Global Field Service Network

q Participation in planning and implementation of TSME Strategies

q Management of TSME Field Service

q Assisting in and planning of Actions to TSME GFSN and PS3 Goal setting.

q Checking and Improvement of the Management Process by preparing and participation in the Management Review und Policy Deployment in annual intervals.

q Planning and Control of the FS Budget.

q Planning of Personnel requirements and hiring of Personnel.

q Training and Career planning of Employees

q Conducting Employee evaluations for direct reports.

q Development and implementation of sufficient and appropriate infrastructure and working equipment.

q Ensure the KnowhowTransfers within TSME FS and GFSN

q Establishment of proper Cost structure in frame of Cost reduction program

q Appointing of Management positions in TSME FS

q Ensure that set Goals are reached

q Managing Improvement planning and implementation



q Ensuring that Experience Feedback is forwarded to Internal Clients

q Management of Erection and Commissioning

q Promoting of Environmental Health and Safety protection and define EHS actions for sites









1. AUTHORITY



q To act independently within the frame of set Goals and defined Tasks

q To advice and instruct all FS Employees in matters of Quality Environmental Health and Safety

q Authority to sign on behalf of FS within defined TSME Process ldquoauthority to Act of Companys Behalfrdquo

q Operative Management of ALSTOM Middle East FZE Field Service

q Recruiting and training of TSME FS Personnel

q Evaluate and approve subcontractors.
