Employee Relations Supervisor

Bilingual Employee Relations Supervisor required for an Oil and Gas company in Qatar.nbsp

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations you will be responsible for carrying out various activities related to the administration and implementation of ER policies and procedures.nbsp



Must have

Bachelorrsquos Degree in Business Administration Public Administrations Human Resource Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in personnel administration employee relations including at least 3 year in an Oil amp Gas Environment.

Multitask oriented excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience tact and respect.

Ability to resolve conflicts and diffuse employee related issues concerns situations etc.

Bilingual ArabicEnglish.
