About the Job

bull Handle all incoming calls of the call center. bull Handle outbound calls for follow up occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls. bull Provide best possible service to both external amp internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction bull Provide proper information to customers with complete amp comprehensive understanding of Onecard Products amp Services and Policies amp Procedures bull Resolve customer complaints in time amp treats them as business opportunities to ensure continuous improvement amp development bull Escalate problems amp provides relevant feedback to the right channels bull Contribute to the Up selling of Onecard Products and Services



Requirements

Male Excellent English both spoken and written bull Very good computer skills bull Strong Customer Orientation bull Strong communication listening amp interpersonal skills bull Flexibility amp ability to work in a team bull Selfconfident with professional behavior amp attitude bull High sense of time management 02 years Experience
