Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with stakeholders and an outgoing personality. Able to prospect and build relationships.Provide expert advice and guidance on complex corporate governance problems to senior portfolio governance personnel and to Management. Maximize the effectiveness of the portfolio governance function with care and judgment for the best interest of the Saudi Arabian Government Saudi Aramco and its portfolio of Downstream joint ventures subsidiaries and other corporate holdings. Act as Saudi Aramco’s representative to counterpart personnel in the Saudi Arabian Government and outside organizations. Review methods and procedures in areas of expertise for both existing and potential problems and opportunities. Originate organize and implement management agreed studies and investigations into methods and procedures to develop better governance practices. Prepare and present plans analyses interpretations conclusions and recommendations to members of management and other Company personnel on a broad range of problems as they arise. Management’s recommendations and decisions are frequently made on the basis of analyses for which the incumbent is solely responsible. Provide studies arguments and other materials to be used in discussions with government representatives other third parties and internal Company briefings and presentations.
